COVID-19 Pandemic Causing Extreme Demand and Our Response - WILL BE UPDATED
Quick Summary of Impacts:
- Because of our local supply chain, we will be able to continue to provide products as long as shipping companies are providing services.
- Due to unprecedented demand increases for both us and our partners, we are experiencing processing delays up to several days.
- The possibility of delay currently affects ALL ORDERS.
- Orders with ONLY lamb and poultry will not be affected.
- The deadline to order for in-store pickups and Friday Home Delivery for the week of March 16-20 has been moved to Sunday, March 15 at midnight. This does not affect orders for shipment.
We have begun a waitlist for sold out products - please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, phone number, and products you'd like to be waitlisted for.
We are temporarily closing our Colorado Springs pickup options with Ranch Foods Direct and our Friday Home Delivery option. All orders placed will be shipped through UPS. The reason for this is to limit in-person contact between you, our staff, and the Ranch Foods staff, thereby limiting as much as possible exposure to the COVID-19 virus for everyone and ensuring we can still provide our services to you throughout this time.

Our dear customers,
We hope you and your families are in good spirits and good health (and with ample toilet paper) as we find ourselves in some truly unprecedented times. First, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for supporting us and other small businesses during this time. We are incredibly humbled by your choice to shop with us.
We are currently experiencing incredibly high amounts of orders both through the Bytable Marketplace and in our partner Ranch Foods Direct’s retail stores. As you may know, many of our products are cut fresh and frozen immediately before being shipped or stocked in the retail stores. This means we will be able to continually provide fresh stock of food products throughout this time as long as shipping companies are able to provide adequate services.
Because of this unprecedented increase in demand, you may experience a delay in receiving your order if it includes items that require processing. This will specifically affect orders with Callicrate Beef and Pork products - mainly large meat cuts or a high amount of small beef cuts. If your order includes these products, there may be a delay in your order being shipped. Delays will not be extensive. We will communicate with you via email or phone about any delays to your order.
Products from White Oak Pastures, Gunthorp Farms, and Rafter W Ranch will not be subject to this delay unless there is a Callicrate product also in the order. Orders with ONLY POULTRY AND LAMB will not be affected. (We will also be getting more grass-fed lamb back in stock this week!)
Please rest assured that every precaution is being taken to ensure the health of both the Bytable and Ranch Foods Direct team members, who have been working diligently this week to get food to our customers. As always, we adhere to strict food safety rules and procedures.
At this time, we do not anticipate any further disruptions in our supply chain beyond delays for orders requiring processing. All of our products and shipping materials are made right here in the USA. However, this may change if UPS or FedEx begin experiencing breakdowns in their services.
