A grassfed lamb loin chop from Rafter W Ranch, weighing around 3/4lb on average. Lamb loin chops are similar to rib chops, but are cut without the rib and so are boneless! Similar to rib chops, they are perfect when crusted and roasted, or pan-fried or seared, and make a great and elevated centerpiece to a special meal.
