This package contains 2 grassfed lamb rib chops, totaling around a half a pound, from the Rocky Mountain pastures of the Parker family. Rib chops are perfect when crusted and roasted, or pan-fried or seared, and make a great and elevated centerpiece to a special meal!
Lamb from Parker Pastures is regeneratively raised by the Parker family's oldest daughter, Cloe. It is grassfed and finished on Certified Organic pastures, and the lambs are never given antibiotics, hormones, or GMOs. They are expertly processed by a nearby family-owned USDA-inspected processor.
