Our lamb riblets are ~2-2.5lbs of delicious grassfed lamb from the Rocky Mountain pastures of Rafter W Ranch in Simla, CO! Riblets are cut from near the shoulder, and include the tops of the bones used for rib racks. They are well worth taking the time to prepare because of their incredible flavor. Lamb riblets can be prepared similarly to regular ribs, but are often done with a light Mediterranean twist or with a bold curry sauce.
Lamb from Audobon Certified Rafter W Ranch is Certified Grassfed from the American Grassfed Association. Lamb is pasture-raised and grass-fed, grass-finished for a wonderfully balanced trio of tenderness, juiciness, and gaminess. Rafter W Ranch Lamb is never given hormones, antibiotics, or steroids and is never fed corn, soy, or other GMO grains (they're grassfed!).
