Our Grassfed Lamb Tongue comes in a package of 2, weighing approximately ~10oz total and priced by the pound. Lamb tongue is lean, tender, and meaty. It should be boiled and then plunged in cold water before peeling the skin off and trimming any gristle. Then, cut into thin slices and prepare as you would like.

Lamb is pasture-raised and grass-fed, grass-finished for a wonderfully balanced trio of tenderness, juiciness, and gaminess.
