All pies contain ethically and regeneratively raised Callicrate Beef or Pork and feature Mountain Pie's signature flakey butter and sour cream crust made with Colorado-grown organic flour.
Steak and Ale - Hearty with tender chunks of pasture-raised Callicrate beef and a beer gravy made with Colorado Springs' own locally-brewed Laughing Lab Ale
Pork Pueblo Green Chile - Filled with fall-apart-tender slow-cooked pork chunks from Callicrate Pork and Colorado-style fire roasted Pueblo green chilies (from a local 3-generation farm).
The New Zealander - Tender chunks of pasture-raised Callicrate steak, a delicious gravy, and velvety jack cheese.
Pies are pre-baked and frozen. Keep frozen until you're ready to eat it!
Cooking Instructions (Oven):
1) Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2) Put pie in the oven and cook for 45-50 minutes, or until center is a minimum of 165ºF.
3) Allow pie to cool while you bask in the delicious smell of pie filling your kitchen. (Optional) Melt butter over the crust - herb butter is particularly amazing - and a sprinkle of salt. Enjoy!
