Who says turkeys have to be roasted whole? We're putting the spotlight on these delicious bone-in, skin-on turkey thighs from the organic pastures of Gunthorp Farms. These thighs are the most juicy and flavorful part of the bird, while still maintaining the inherent leanness of turkey.
Turkeys from Gunthorp Farms are pasture-raised on Certified Organic pastures on their family farm in Indiana. They are antibiotic- and hormone-free, and in addition to pasture forage they are also offered a non-GMO corn and soybean mixture with vitamins and minerals that is ground on-farm. The turkeys are harvested on-farm in the Gunthorps' USDA-inspected and Certified Organic processing plant.
